To be considered for this role you will need:

-          Fluency in HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and other frameworks;

-          2+ years of experience with commercial projects, especially with delivering to different platforms and mobile devices;

-          Proficiency with assuring cross-browser/device/platform compatibility;

-          Passion for creating a positive and memorable user experience including love for coding, curiosity in learning new techniques and willingness to share these as a mentor;

-          Time management skills including both personal punctuality and accurate scheduling of tasks including managing projects both internally and externally with client focussed reporting;

Advantageous skills and experience:

-          Experience in HAML, SASS, Coffeescript, Ruby and NoSQL databases;

-          Experience developing eCommerce systems, iOS or Android;

-          Experience with Behaviour Driven Development would be an advantage;

-          Exposure to use of Assembla or similar for iteration planning and job tracking;

-          Experience in coding for desktop, mobile and emerging platforms, ideally using tools such as PhoneGap;

-          An appreciation of the principles of open source and actively contributing to sites such as GitHub;
